Destination events and guest logistics
Destination weddings
For couples marrying in Sri Lanka, we coordinate the parts that are hardest to manage from overseas — venue, catering, decor and timing — and can extend into a full itinerary for wedding guests before or after the event, using the same private touring and vehicle hire we run for regular guests.
Hotel and venue coordination
We liaise directly with hotels and venues on room blocks, event space, catering and setup timing, so you have one point of contact rather than juggling separate conversations with each supplier.
Conferences and corporate retreats
For conferences and offsite retreats, we handle meeting space, group accommodation, transport between venues, and any excursions built around the work sessions.
Getting guests where they need to be
Airport pickups, transport between hotel and venue, and moving larger groups between locations are planned as part of the event itself, not left for guests to sort out on their own.
